The structure of Mega Associates is flexible, and is adapted to suit either the client, consulting expertise, industry focus or all three. There are offices in London, Stockholm and Pittsburgh, and projects have been undertaken in many countries, notably but not only the UK, Sweden, Finland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico and the United States.

Special steels, metals, chemicals, and general industrial projects are centered on Mega Associates, Bemac, VVG, and Echo Strategies.
Management training is centered in Bemac.
Strategic analysis, and market analysis and development are centred on Mega Associates.
Market analysis, customer listening and competitive intelligence projects are centred on VVG and Echo Strategies.
